Our principal, Louis Pavone, is dedicated to providing the best education available to the students of P.S. 78Q.

Personal Message From Mr. Pavone

Thank you for your continued support and work you do with your children. Together we are ensuring that your children's academic experience is rigorous, challenging and one that will make them leaders in our community.

I know that many of our families take vacation in April. This year our April week off at school is April 9-13 and children return to school on April 16, 2012.

This school year our ELA state testing for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade is April 17th, 18th and 19th and our math state test is April 25th, 26th and 27th.

These tests are being administered the second day we return to school. Please be mindful of this in planning your child's vacation.
